Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to healthcare standards set by JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
- Show proficiency in nursing practices such as medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment sterilization.
- Coordinate daily clinical and surgical schedules through clear communication with healthcare providers.
- Accurately and thoroughly document patient records and surgical notes.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to support favorable patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by delivering superior care and a positive patient experience.
- Complete assigned projects and additional tasks as directed by clinical leadership.
