Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in core nursing duties including medication administration, sterile technique setup, and equipment sterilization.
- Coordinate daily clinical and surgical workflows through clear communication with healthcare providers.
- Accurately and thoroughly document patient records and surgical notes in compliance with standards.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently across all interactions.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Enhance patient retention by delivering superior clinical experiences and personalized care.
- Perform additional tasks and take on responsibilities as assigned by clinical leadership.
