Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to healthcare standards set by regulatory bodies such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Show proficiency in nursing practices, including medication administration, sterile field setup, and equipment sterilization.
- Collaborate clearly with healthcare providers to align on daily clinical and surgical schedules for coordinated patient care.
- Accurately and thoroughly record patient charts and surgical documentation.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service consistently across all interactions.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to support favorable patient outcomes.
- Support long-term patient retention by delivering high-quality care and a positive patient experience.
- Complete assigned projects and additional duties as directed by clinical leadership.
