Responsibilities
- Adhering to healthcare standards set by regulatory bodies such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA
- Exhibiting skilled nursing practices, including medication administration, sterile technique setup, and equipment sterilization
- Coordinating daily clinical and surgical schedules through clear communication with healthcare providers
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in patient charts for both clinical and surgical cases
- Delivering exceptional patient care and service consistently across all interactions
- Following established protocols and procedures to support optimal patient outcomes
- Enhancing patient retention by offering high-quality care and a positive patient experience
- Completing assigned tasks and taking on additional duties as directed by clinical leadership
