As a DaVita Registered Nurse, you will ensure compassionate and professional delivery of dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a clinical care team, and use critical thinking to support patient care.
What You'll Do
- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
- Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
- Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
- Work as part of a supportive care team
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
- 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- CNN certification a plus
