Responsibilities
- Create high-quality written documentation derived from clinical evaluations and ongoing observations
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance service delivery through audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in all required training and continue professional development to advance nursing expertise
- Follow NMC standards to establish and sustain personalized care plans in partnership with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues
- Deliver medications in compliance with established healthcare protocols and regulatory requirements
