Responsibilities
- Create and implement detailed regional sales plans to meet and surpass revenue goals and performance metrics.
- Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives to promote high achievement, responsibility, and ongoing development.
- Hire, integrate, and grow skilled sales professionals to maintain a consistent and scalable regional sales pipeline.
- Provide precise forecasts of regional sales outcomes and oversee a healthy sales pipeline with regular reporting to executive leadership.
- Build and sustain strong connections with major clients, strategic partners, and influential industry figures.
- Evaluate market dynamics, competitor actions, and customer demands to uncover new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a unified and effective customer journey.
- Lead negotiations and finalize complex sales contracts with strong business insight and a focus on customer value.
- Uphold adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- Serve as a representative at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
