Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for the western region

- Work cross-functionally with customer success and product teams
- Ensure consistent use of CRM tools and sales methodologies

- Support pricing and packaging discussions for enterprise deals
- Drive adoption of sales best practices across the team
