Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-achieving enterprise sales professionals across the Americas region
- Drive achievement of regional revenue goals by managing pipeline creation, deal advancement, and successful closures
- Implement a disciplined operational rhythm focused on accurate forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
- Refine sales territory structures and ensure balanced allocation of inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Recruit, train, and retain elite enterprise sales personnel while cultivating future leadership talent
- Enhance the enterprise sales approach by standardizing deal tactics, value-based selling, and executive outreach
- Guide teams through intricate, multi-stakeholder enterprise transactions, including proof of concepts, business justification, and executive negotiations
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product teams to align on strategic accounts and regional objectives
- Use data analytics to set performance metrics, improve forecast precision, and drive ongoing sales optimization
- Foster a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and ongoing development, consistent with organizational values
