Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of threat cases within your region, including initial reporting, evaluation, behavioral analysis, risk mitigation planning, recordkeeping, and case resolution related to personnel, leadership, physical locations, and organizational resources.
- Conduct systematic behavioral threat assessments using established models and internal protocols to analyze intent, capacity, signs of escalation, and protective factors, then convert insights into actionable security guidance.
- Serve as the primary intelligence coordinator during ongoing incidents, ensuring rapid response, effective communication with security operations, proper escalation procedures, and informed decision-making through resolution.
- Collaborate with teams across executive security, security operations, legal, human resources, insider risk, and public relations to synchronize incident responses, align risk controls, and fulfill reporting requirements.
- Develop concise, high-quality written analyses, briefing materials, and leadership updates that clearly convey threat trends, risk justifications, and suggested actions for security executives and partner departments.
- Advance the effectiveness of regional threat programs by refining intake procedures, quality assurance practices, response playbooks, performance metrics, training initiatives, and transition workflows, while supporting team development through knowledge sharing.
Compensation
The target annual base salary for this position is $200,900 AUD. Total compensation may also include equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage.
