Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue, profit, and cost targets by advancing strategic initiatives, supporting current clients, and uncovering new business aligned with Total Print Management goals through leadership of a sales team.
- Manage team operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, recognition, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution following company policies and legal standards.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to build an annual business plan outlining sales strategies and priorities for the region and sales representatives to meet or surpass quotas.
- Apply consultative sales techniques with deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, market conditions, pricing models, and competitive dynamics.
- Keep precise records of forecasting, sales outreach, client meetings, presentations, closed deals, and follow-ups within designated territories.
- Deliver required reports to senior leadership and corporate offices promptly and accurately.
- Recruit new sales representatives using proven talent acquisition methods.
- Support onboarding and training programs for new sales hires to ensure early success.
- Contribute to ongoing professional growth and product knowledge development for sales team members.
- Build and sustain relationships at multiple levels within client organizations, including executive contacts, to identify and influence key decision-makers.
- Maintain regular communication with clients in the region to uphold exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Support the rollout of new products and services to both existing and prospective clients.
- Foster strong collaboration with direct reports and cross-functional support teams to ensure cohesive operations.
- Track and analyze shifts in client behavior, market trends, competitor actions, and industry developments.
- Carry out additional duties and engage in special projects as directed by management.
