Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue, profit, and cost targets by advancing strategic initiatives, supporting existing clients, and pursuing new business aligned with Total Print Management goals through leadership of a sales team.
- Manage full-cycle team supervision including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, recognition, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with company policies and legal standards.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to create an annual business plan outlining sales strategies and priorities for the region and sales representatives to meet or surpass quotas.
- Apply consultative selling techniques while demonstrating deep understanding of client industries, market dynamics, pricing models, and competitive landscape.
- Keep precise records of forecasting, sales outreach, client meetings, closed deals, and follow-up actions within designated territories.
- Deliver all required reports to senior leadership and corporate offices on schedule.
- Recruit and onboard new sales representatives using effective talent acquisition methods.
- Support the design and delivery of onboarding and training programs for new sales hires.
- Contribute to ongoing professional growth of sales staff by sharing product and service expertise.
- Build and sustain relationships at multiple levels within client organizations, including executive contacts, to influence key decisions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure exceptional service and high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and responses to RFPs.
- Support integration of new offerings into current and prospective client accounts.
- Foster strong collaboration with team members and cross-functional support departments.
- Track and analyze shifts in client needs, industry trends, competitor actions, and market conditions.
- Complete additional duties and participate in special initiatives as directed.
