Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain relationships with lead sources to generate new business opportunities
- Evaluate, manage, and respond to incoming leads from multiple channels
- Manage all stages of the sales pipeline to maintain consistent performance
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations using online platforms such as GoTo Meeting, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams
- Acquire new customers within the assigned territory
- Record detailed sales activity data—including calls, closed deals, and lost opportunities—in Salesforce.com
- Analyze market trends to uncover potential growth areas
- Negotiate pricing terms and finalize contracts for new and existing clients
- Travel within the region and to trade events to promote services and close sales
