Responsibilities
- Growing Kong’s presence and footprint in Strategic accounts in India.
- Driving a highly performant and highly accountable culture to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Attract, hire and retain top talent through your network and in collaboration with the rest of the organisation.
- Provide strong coaching and mentorship on the sales process, pipeline generation, qualification and closing.
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings with your team and report to leadership.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Partners, Sales Development and all stakeholders.

- You have been a top performer as an individual contributor and front-line manager with a track record of overachievement.
- Accurate forecasting at the individual and team levels.
- Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
- Strong territory management at a regional level.
- Proven systems/methodology for consistent pipeline generation.
- Experience using and teaching sales methodologies.
- Energy, passion, and rigour in your career as a Sales leader.
