Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the local sales team to ensure accurate product messaging and value communication in all customer engagements.
- Work with product marketing to deliver localized training materials, guides, and deal support tools consistent with global enablement goals.
- Support regional readiness for new product releases and updates, ensuring alignment with global product messaging.
- Stay informed about local competitors and adapt training resources to meet regional market demands.
- Partner with sales and product growth leaders to identify and advance high-value business opportunities.
- Offer hands-on deal support by matching customer requirements with product features and benefits.
- Act as a strategic advisor in deal discussions, helping teams address concerns and improve revenue outcomes.
- Engage with product and engineering teams when technical challenges or special partner requests emerge.
- Track and report on product adoption rates, deal progression, and partner activity within the region.
- Work with sales to maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other systems for reliable pipeline tracking.
- Provide regular updates on regional market trends, customer demands, and potential growth areas.
- Support business reviews with data-driven insights and qualitative feedback to guide planning and resourcing.
- Bridge communication between regional teams and product leadership to share partner feedback and improvement ideas.
- Take part in structured feedback processes to ensure regional use cases influence product development plans.
- Help document real-world use cases, obstacles, and success stories to shape global product direction.
- Assist product marketing in adapting messaging and positioning for local relevance.
- Use and maintain best practices in tools such as Salesforce, Jira, internal dashboards, and AI-powered analytics platforms.
- Maintain coordination with regional peers globally to ensure consistent execution and alignment.
- Support improvements in processes and tools to increase deal efficiency and data transparency.
- Attend global readiness sessions to exchange insights and standardize practices across regions.
- Monitor local industry shifts, competitor actions, and partner sentiment to anticipate market changes.
- Represent monetization products in customer meetings, partner discussions, and regional industry events.
- Deliver strategic insights to leadership to inform market expansion, product focus, and pricing decisions.
