Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional sales to ensure accurate and compelling communication of product value during customer engagements.
- Work with Product Marketing to deliver region-specific training materials, sales playbooks, and deal support tools consistent with global enablement goals.
- Support regional readiness for new product releases and updates by aligning local messaging with global product narratives.
- Stay informed about regional competitors and adapt sales enablement content to meet local market demands.
- Partner with Sales and Product Growth Support leaders to identify and act on high-potential business opportunities.
- Offer hands-on deal support by matching customer needs with product features and value propositions.
- Act as a strategic advisor in deal discussions, helping teams navigate objections and improve revenue outcomes.
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams when technical challenges or unique partner requests emerge.
- Track and report on regional metrics including product adoption, sales cycle speed, and partner engagement levels.
- Coordinate with Sales to maintain accurate data in Salesforce and related systems for reliable pipeline tracking.
- Provide regular updates on regional market trends, customer requirements, and new business possibilities.
- Support business reviews with data-driven insights and qualitative feedback to inform decision-making.
- Bridge communication between field teams and Product leadership by sharing partner feedback and improvement ideas.
- Engage in structured feedback processes so customer experiences and regional needs influence product planning.
- Document real-world use cases, obstacles, and success stories to help shape global product direction.
- Assist Product Marketing in adapting messaging and positioning for better regional resonance.
- Follow and improve workflows using tools such as Salesforce, Jira, internal dashboards, and AI-powered analytics.
- Maintain alignment with peers in other regions to ensure consistent global execution.
- Help refine processes and tools to improve sales efficiency and data transparency.
- Take part in global readiness sessions to share regional insights and standardize practices.
- Monitor local industry developments, competitor actions, and partner sentiment to anticipate market shifts.
- Promote monetization solutions in customer conversations, industry events, and partner meetings within the region.
- Supply leadership with qualitative insights to guide market expansion, product focus, and pricing decisions.
