Responsibilities

  • Establish and strengthen professional connections with key thought leaders, healthcare institutions, and organizations within the designated region.
  • Deliver medical and scientific information through balanced scientific dialogue to meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Partner with external stakeholders in areas including medical education, clinical research, and real-world evidence generation.
  • Serve as a recognized internal expert on medical and scientific topics, providing guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Centers of Excellence, thought leaders, and healthcare decision makers in medical and research domains.
  • Provide accurate, balanced medical information and respond to unsolicited inquiries about pipeline or off-label topics as appropriate.
  • Deliver scientific presentations to diverse groups of healthcare professionals, including medical societies and advocacy organizations.
  • Support clinical research initiatives by engaging investigators, facilitating follow-up, and managing requests related to Investigator Initiated Studies.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial, as well as field teams, to ensure scientific alignment.
  • Gather, analyze, and report competitive and scientific intelligence in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Attend and contribute to medical and scientific conferences to collect data, identify trends, and support knowledge exchange in relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Support internal training programs for headquarters and field teams, including initiatives for speaker development.
  • Help coordinate thought leader involvement in advisory boards, consultant meetings, and scientific forums in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical and scientific knowledge to inform strategic decision-making based on emerging data and healthcare trends.
  • Collaborate with medical communications teams to support the development of publications and scientific content.
  • Engage in Medical Affairs projects, programs, and activities as assigned.
  • Complete administrative tasks and reporting duties in a timely and accurate manner.
