Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Regional Market Manager to lead its Commercial Construction field sales team in the Mountain region, covering Colorado or Utah. This role drives double-digit sales growth, manages key accounts, and develops a high-performing team within financial and travel budgets.
What You'll Do
- Establish aggressive but accurate sales targets & forecasts that meet and exceed division expectations
- Devise full year strategic plans to achieve top line sales targets – minimally growing the business double digits over prior year – while meeting established P&L goals for the local market and remaining within assigned T&E and TF budgets
- Foster and advance key account relationships including ownership, management, marketing, and sales
- Develop a highly engaged team of direct reports to meet their potential and embrace the goals and objectives of the division through a regular frequency of mentoring and training
- Understand and effectively leverage critical business systems including BW, Tool Commerce, SalesForce.com, dashboards, opportunities, WIGs etc.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
- Valid Driver's License and physical ability to travel up to 50% within territory assignment
- Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to meld empathy with determination to achieve outstanding results
Nice to Have
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Relevant construction field experience could be a substitute for higher education
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record delivering results preferred
- 3+ years of direct managerial experience preferred

Base pay range for Colorado: $120,000 - $130,000 per year; may vary based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package.
Work Mode
Hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado or Salt Lake City, Utah, with 30-40% regional travel required and up to 50% travel within territory.
