- Guide, mentor, and grow Service Managers to deliver high performance and team engagement
- Meet or surpass all contractual, compliance, quality, and financial requirements
- Improve job placement outcomes, performance results, and regional market presence
- Foster and sustain collaborative relationships with government agencies, employers, and local organizations
- Deliver strong operational direction, performance tracking, and governance oversight
- Support budget planning, financial reporting, and identification of potential risks
- Represent the organization at regional meetings, industry groups, and public engagements
