Responsibilities

- Identify potential policy risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Engage in coalition-building with industry and advocacy groups
- Translate regulatory requirements into operational guidance
- Lead crisis response efforts related to government relations
- Provide policy insights to inform business strategy
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Manage external consultants and government relations firms
- Track performance metrics for government engagement activities
- Facilitate communication between city teams and regional leadership
- Support public affairs campaigns in key markets
- Advise on political sensitivities in diverse jurisdictions
- Promote equity and accessibility in transportation policy
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of urban mobility trends
- Escalate critical issues to senior leadership when needed
