Waymo is hiring a Regional Fleet Readiness Manager - WEST

We are looking for a Regional Fleet Readiness Manager to support our operations in the Western region of the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our autonomous vehicles are ready and available for service, managing maintenance operations, coordinating with field teams, and driving continuous improvement in fleet reliability and uptime. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and safety to scale our service and deliver a world-class rider experience. This role requires a strong leader with experience in operations management, logistics, and fleet maintenance, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You should be passionate about safety, efficiency, and innovation, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven organization.
