Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise clients
- Recruit and onboard Account Executives within the Mid-Atlantic region
- Generate new sales opportunities and secure first-time enterprise customers
- Intervene in key sales deals to guide them toward successful closure
- Define and implement regional strategies for operational success and market wins
- Collaborate across departments to drive accelerated business growth
