Oasis Security is hiring a Regional Director - Mid-Atlantic (DC/VA/MD)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise clients
  • Recruit and onboard Account Executives within the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Generate new sales opportunities and secure first-time enterprise customers
  • Intervene in key sales deals to guide them toward successful closure
  • Define and implement regional strategies for operational success and market wins
  • Collaborate across departments to drive accelerated business growth
