Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of security services in the Central Texas region
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to meet organizational goals
- Manage regional budgets and financial performance metrics
- Supervise site-level managers and field personnel
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards
- Drive client satisfaction through consistent service quality
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Lead recruitment and training initiatives for regional staff
- Maintain strong client relationships and resolve service issues
- Report regional performance to senior leadership
- Coordinate with national teams on policy implementation
- Support emergency response planning and incident management
- Promote safety and risk mitigation practices across sites
- Monitor contract fulfillment and service level agreements
- Foster a culture of accountability and professionalism
- Conduct performance reviews and career development for team members
- Implement company-wide initiatives at the regional level
- Track key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed
- Represent the organization at client and industry events
- Ensure adherence to company values and ethical standards
