About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the performance of franchise locations within a designated region. The consultant will work directly with franchisees to improve operational efficiency, ensure brand standards, and support business development initiatives.
Responsibilities

- Facilitate communication between corporate and franchise operators

- Lead initiatives to increase customer satisfaction scores
- Coordinate with marketing teams on local campaign effectiveness
- Provide input on franchisee renewal and expansion decisions
- Gather field feedback for product and service development

- Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met
- Prepare detailed reports on regional performance metrics
