Block by Block is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for airport operations. You will implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent, supporting hiring managers across various stages of the process.
What You'll Do
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed job advertisements, descriptions, and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
- Assist with job posting and employment advertisement processes.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting screening interviews.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
