Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from candidate sourcing through to onboarding
- Design and refine strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness
- Utilize established sourcing channels and identify new ones to improve candidate pipelines
- Conduct applicant screening and lead interviews
- Provide updates on hiring outcomes for open roles at the Guatemala site
