- Generate regular performance reports for stakeholders
- Stay updated on changes in job marketplace algorithms and advertising features
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and advertising guidelines
- Scale successful campaigns while reducing spend on underperforming ads
- Use data to forecast hiring volume based on ad spend
- Troubleshoot technical issues with job feeds and API integrations
