Michael & Associates seeks a Recruitment Manager to lead and scale talent acquisition for our growing criminal defense firm. This role is central to attracting, hiring, and retaining top legal and administrative talent to fuel ambitious growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the recruiting team, ensuring alignment with the firm’s hiring goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles.
- Oversee both inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding.
- Implement and optimize recruitment systems, workflows, and technologies to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance the rigor of our hiring process, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.
- Partner with leadership to identify future hiring needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on recruiting performance, pipeline metrics, and hiring trends.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience with both inbound recruiting and outbound recruiting/sourcing.
- Strong oral communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships across diverse candidate pools and internal teams.
- A track record of hiring exceptional talent in a fast-paced environment.
