About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator ensures smooth hiring processes by managing timelines, supporting hiring teams, and maintaining organized candidate records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling for interviews across multiple time zones and departments
- Maintain up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Communicate with applicants to confirm availability and provide process updates
- Support hiring managers with logistical preparation for interview rounds
- Track candidate progress through each stage of the recruitment pipeline
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards in all candidate interactions
- Prepare onboarding documentation for successful candidates
- Respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner
- Organize and distribute interview feedback forms to hiring teams
- Update job postings on various platforms and internal career pages
- Coordinate background check and reference verification processes
- Maintain recruitment calendars and send calendar invitations
- Assist with recruitment event planning and coordination
- Generate regular reports on hiring metrics and process efficiency
- Ensure consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Manage onboarding checklists for new hires
- Facilitate communication between HR, hiring managers, and candidates
- Verify employment eligibility documentation as needed
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within hiring practices
- Archive closed recruitment files according to retention policies
