Assist World is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator / Executive Assistant to manage a dual role within the health tech industry. You will provide essential support for recruitment processes and executive functions in a dynamic, global environment.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to candidate communication
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar and travel management
  • Maintain recruitment databases and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a recruitment coordination or executive assistant role
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with standard office software and recruitment platforms
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently in a remote setting

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position and open exclusively to candidates based in the Philippines or South Africa.
