Job Title: Recruitment Consultant, supporting Tech roles in the Nordics - Poland, Romania, South Africa (Remote)

WilsonHCG is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support technology roles across the Nordics, Poland, Romania, and South Africa in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients and a strong advocate for candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on delivering top talent through consultative strategies and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the selection process, including candidate identification, assessment, initial phone screens, interview facilitation, and feedback collection.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate network through market research and bench management to anticipate client needs and hiring preferences.
- Develop creative and proactive recruitment strategies to source both passive and active talent.
- Present qualified candidates for open positions and navigate hiring process objections effectively.
- Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment best practices to deliver client value.
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Meet weekly and monthly submission and hire targets.
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and fulfill related administrative reporting duties.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven success in all aspects of recruitment, including market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, and candidate negotiation in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Ability to exceed performance goals and incorporate feedback to improve outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate the recruitment pipeline clearly.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in recruitment strategies, RPO understanding, and client relationship management.
- Excellent time management, adaptability, and flexibility in shifting priorities.
- Active collaboration within recruiting teams and a drive to add value.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong social media presence.
