Job Title: Recruitment Consultant, French Speaking - Poland, Romania & South Africa (Remote)

WilsonHCG is seeking a Recruitment Consultant fluent in French to support recruitment operations for clients in Poland, Romania, and South Africa. This is a remote position requiring a consultative, results-driven approach to talent acquisition. The successful candidate will combine market intelligence, proactive sourcing, and strong client relationships to deliver high-quality candidates across all stages of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle selection process, including candidate identification, assessment, initial phone screens, interview coordination, and feedback collection.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate network through market research and bench management, ensuring strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
- Create and execute proactive recruitment strategies to source both active and passive candidates.
- Present qualified talent to hiring managers, address objections, and support throughout the hiring journey.
- Advise clients on final selections, compensation, and recruitment best practices, always prioritizing client success.
- Maintain high levels of client and candidate satisfaction through consistent communication and relationship management.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for submissions and hires.
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and complete all required reporting and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in all aspects of recruitment, including market research, passive sourcing, internet sourcing, negotiation, and candidate closure in a metrics-driven environment.
- Ability to exceed performance goals and adapt based on feedback.
- Strong pipeline management and communication skills.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in recruitment strategies and RPO/client relationship dynamics.
- Excellent time management, adaptability, and flexibility in shifting priorities.
- Active team participation and a collaborative work ethic.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong social media presence.
- Fluency in both English and French.
