- Place a high volume of outbound calls to screen and interview candidates using approved scripts
- Evaluate applicants according to established qualification standards
- Sustain a professional and energetic tone throughout all interactions
- Coordinate and manage interview appointments using digital calendar platforms
- Document call summaries, candidate input, and outcomes in internal tracking systems
