Responsibilities
- Guide the global direction of technical recruitment, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance across regions, teams, and client engagements, while supporting enterprise-wide recruiting strategy in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders, to align technical hiring plans with organizational and workforce goals.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of technical recruiters and recruitment leads, fostering accountability, performance excellence, and career development.
- Develop, deploy, and refine recruitment processes, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, scalability, and adaptability across diverse markets and clients.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives for technical roles, managing capacity and building talent pipelines in alignment with business demands and future capability requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and resolution for complex, high-impact, or senior-level technical hiring challenges, supporting both recruitment teams and business stakeholders.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed that support the core objectives of the role.
