About the Role
The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with administrative and logistical aspects of hiring, including coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones and roles
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the interview process
- Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Prepare interview materials and share them with hiring teams
- Coordinate logistics for panel and onsite interviews
- Ensure timely communication with candidates before and after interviews
- Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports
- Support onboarding preparation for selected candidates
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and hiring data
- Standardize communication templates for outreach and follow-ups
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and propose alternative times
- Assist with organizing recruitment events and hiring sprints
- Monitor email inboxes for candidate inquiries and respond promptly
- Ensure compliance with data privacy policies during candidate handling
- Provide administrative support during high-volume hiring periods
- Help maintain consistency in candidate experience across roles
- Flag process inefficiencies to improve recruitment workflows
- Assist with calendar management for recruiting team members
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through equitable candidate treatment
