About the Role

The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with administrative and logistical aspects of hiring, including coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones and roles
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the interview process
  • Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system
  • Prepare interview materials and share them with hiring teams
  • Coordinate logistics for panel and onsite interviews
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates before and after interviews
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports
  • Support onboarding preparation for selected candidates
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and hiring data
  • Standardize communication templates for outreach and follow-ups
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and propose alternative times
  • Assist with organizing recruitment events and hiring sprints
  • Monitor email inboxes for candidate inquiries and respond promptly
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy policies during candidate handling
  • Provide administrative support during high-volume hiring periods
  • Help maintain consistency in candidate experience across roles
  • Flag process inefficiencies to improve recruitment workflows
  • Assist with calendar management for recruiting team members
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through equitable candidate treatment
