Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of interview scheduling, including complex arrangements across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and formats, ensuring flawless execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely, clear communication and upholding high standards throughout the hiring process.
- Anticipate and resolve logistical challenges and scheduling conflicts proactively to maintain process efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate data and workflow status in the applicant tracking system at all times.
- Provide operational support to the talent acquisition team, assisting with tasks that keep hiring pipelines active and efficient.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes, report them, and contribute to implementing improved workflows.
