ComForCare is hiring a Recruiter to build resilient, scalable remote teams across South America. You will manage the full recruitment process, sourcing top talent to support our mission of partnering with companies for sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source, attract, and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, particularly for remote work.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and refine job descriptions.
- Support sales efforts by participating in initial client screenings to align recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and workers to monitor progress and resolve concerns.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on remote talent acquisition.
- High proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
- Prior experience working in a fully remote setting.
- Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
- A professional remote work setup and reliable internet.
- A strong Zoom presence and communication skills.
- Willingness to submit an introduction video as part of the recruitment process.
Nice to Have
- Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
