Job Description You will be joining a small growing team and get the chance to build and structure this area and grow with the company. You will focus on recruiting technical and non-technical roles (really anything that comes along). Since we are a tech start-up and very much driven by tech, your passion for tech and the company shows in your interviews and your candidate communication. You don’t have to bring much technical knowledge. In the beginning, we will teach you everything you need to know to hire our technical roles. You will be working very closely with our management team and our founders. English is the only language that is required. Any other language would be a nice plus. What you’ll do - Identify the positions to be filled together with management and design a recruitment strategy for each position. - Write job descriptions and create content that fit the target group and actively approach candidates on social media platforms. - Take care of the candidates and make sure they have a great candidate experience and build a strong pipeline. From the first screening call to contract negotiations to onboarding. - Keep up to date with HR and recruiting trends and try out new ideas to make sure our recruitment is best in class. - Design and implement our recruiting processes to make sure they are ready for rapid company growth and meet the requirements of a flexible, and sometimes chaotic, start-up environment. Qualifications What you’ll bring - Great communication skills. You will have to communicate with our founders, management team and, of course, candidates and balance all their interests. - Proactive and open-minded. Don’t be afraid to jump into new things. Working in a growing start-up you will probably experience a lot of new things. - A structured working style. The start-up life can sometimes be hectic and you have to keep an overview and handle all the different things that come your way. - Passion for tech. We offer highly technical products and services and you will have to easily convince people of why they should work for us. - Any experience in recruitment is definitely a plus.
