Responsibilities
- Source candidates through specialized job boards, community partnerships, and local career fairs.
- Screen applicants for valid NYS Guard Licenses and Fire Life Safety (FLS) certifications.
- Coordinate high-volume interview schedules and weekly hiring events.
- Verify compliance with NYC-specific labor laws and site-specific client requirements.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring all background checks and drug screenings are completed.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in high-volume recruiting (Security, Hospitality, or Retail preferred).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of NYS Division of Licensing Services requirements.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ATS platforms.
- NYC Local: Familiarity with the five boroughs to optimize site-based placements.
- Urgency: Ability to fill 10+ vacancies weekly.
- Communication: Clear, professional, and persuasive phone presence.
- Organization: Expert at juggling multiple shift schedules and location needs.
