Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions based in the European Union, covering needs assessment, candidate sourcing, offer negotiation, and finalization
- Collaborate closely with hiring leads to clarify job requirements, agree on ideal candidate profiles, and ensure timely progression of hiring workflows
- Serve as the main contact for applicants, delivering consistent, empathetic, and transparent communication throughout the hiring journey
- Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles, prioritizing both efficiency and candidate quality
- Monitor recruitment metrics, identify process delays, and provide actionable insights on performance and areas for improvement
- Contribute to the refinement of hiring methodologies as the organization scales, including interview design, candidate experience, and role definition alignment
- Assist with foundational HR tasks as the initial EU-based people operations contact, such as coordinating new hire onboarding and addressing employee inquiries
