-Should have excellent approach in working with job boards and social media like Google Search, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Github, Stackoverflow, Linked-in, etc.
-Must have a good understanding of the latest trends in the Talent Management Space
-Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
-A good understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle and Candidate Tracking Tools is a Plus
