Requirements

- Proven track record sourcing candidates for positions such as Sales Development Representatives, Executive Assistants, Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, or technical roles
- Skilled at assessing candidates for communication ability and alignment with team culture
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Adaptable to fast-moving, high-volume hiring environments
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and candidate sourcing tools
- Self-directed with the ability to lead recruitment efforts independently
