Responsibilities
- Promote and follow established safety protocols and standards as part of daily responsibilities
- Manage all stages of recruitment, from defining roles to finalizing job offers, including coordination with HR and leadership on compensation and start dates
- Collaborate with hiring leads to define staffing needs, position criteria, and candidate expectations
- Identify potential candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
- Develop and sustain talent pools to meet both immediate and long-term hiring demands
- Ensure candidates receive timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the hiring process
- Serve as the main contact for candidates from initial outreach through final decision
- Assist with onboarding procedures to support smooth integration of new employees
- Keep recruitment data current and generate regular reports on hiring metrics
- Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion by applying fair practices in sourcing and selection
- Uphold consistent and equitable hiring methods to ensure unbiased candidate evaluation
- Support initiatives that strengthen employer branding and position the company as a preferred workplace
- Collaborate with HR personnel to align recruitment with site-specific hiring goals
- Keep accurate records in applicant tracking systems like iCIMS and other digital tools
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment workflows and tools for better efficiency
- Carry out additional tasks as needed to support the hiring function
