PLL Legal & CBP at INCA – Insurance Core Automation is hiring a Litigation Associate to strengthen its growing team handling ADR, ICA, and cross-border disputes. We are looking for a junior associate with a strong interest in commercial litigation who is ready to take on early responsibility for complex matters and develop professionally within our high-performing team.

- Independently organize and manage a complex and extensive caseload.
- Collaborate with a wide variety of clients, fellow lawyers, and staff in a publicly accountable environment.
- Embody our commitment to ensuring every client receives legal advice tailored to their needs.
What We're Looking For
- Strong academic record.
- Fluent German language skills.
- Admission to the bar in German-speaking Switzerland.
- Enthusiasm for the legal profession.
- Excellent written skills in German.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including building empathy with clients, other lawyers, and staff.
- Good judgment and responsiveness.
- Strong intellectual curiosity.

- Swiss legal degrees.
- Active membership with SAF/FSA/SBA.

Team & Environment
You will join a small team of litigation lawyers from six countries worldwide. This is a junior role with support from the team.
