MyBizHelpers.com is seeking a Real Estate Underwriter with a solid grasp of residential property analysis. You will utilize industry-standard tools to ensure accurate property evaluations and insightful market analysis, directly influencing our real estate investment decisions.
What You'll Do
- Perform thorough underwriting analyses for residential real estate transactions.
- Leverage PropStream, NARRPR, Redfin, and Zillow to gather accurate property data, comparable sales, and market insights.
- Prepare comprehensive underwriting reports and detailed pro-forma analyses.
- Assess market risk, property values, repair estimates, and overall investment viability.
- Collaborate closely with asset management and operations teams to maintain accuracy and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated on market conditions and adapt underwriting strategies accordingly.
- Offer actionable recommendations based on in-depth property evaluations.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in residential real estate underwriting.
- Proficiency with underwriting tools: PropStream, NARRPR, Redfin, and Zillow.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
