Requirements
- Must be a currently licensed real estate agent
- Must have access to the MLS
- Must have experience showing homes in the Portsmouth area
- Must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Work Arrangement
Remote (City/Region) — Portsmouth, Portsmouth area
Additional Information
- Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task
- Often times there are several homes shown to a single client; you will be paid for each home shown
- Showami is not a real estate brokerage; licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage
- To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes
- In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox (if applicable)
- If unlicensed, Showami can help with discount real estate licensing classes and refer to brokerages once licensed
