- You must have access to the MLS
- You must have experience showing homes in the Florence area.
- You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Additional Information
- You can earn tips for a job well done.
- Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.
- Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage.
- We are a service that connects agents and have been called 'The Uber of Real Estate'.
- We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in South Carolina.
- To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes.
- In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox (if applicable).
- If you are unlicensed, Showami can help. We have access to discount real estate licensing classes and can help refer you to brokerages in your area once licensed.
