- Assist with buyer and rental showings
- Complete light inspection reports
- Assist with Open Houses
- Perform other real estate tasks
- Show homes using an electronic lockbox
- Schedule and show homes

Additional Information
- You will be paid for each home shown
- Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done
- Often times there are several homes shown to a single client
- Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage
- In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. (if applicable)
- If you are unlicensed, Showami can help. We have access to discount real estate licensing classes and can help refer you to brokerages in your area once licensed
