Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound leads and prospects via multiple channels (SMS, SEO, Cold Calling, direct mail, etc.). Some leads may call off the clock, take the calls.
- Manage pipeline of prospects and follow-up on leads in a timely manner
- Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
- Be willing to communicate with leads outside of work hours
- Respond to inbound leads from all lead sources
- You will occasionally need to visit sites (if you're in state) to install a lock box, take pictures, etc
- Talk with distressed sellers that want to sell their house. Build rapport with them and overcome objections.
- Open and willing to learn & improve on all softwares used at the company on your own time
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research and MLS
- Daily prospecting activities using various mediums as identified by the company
- Maintain company records and tracking systems
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas
