Trust Wallet is seeking a React Native Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building robust, responsive, and scalable cross-platform mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences for our users.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain robust, user-friendly React Native applications for iOS and Android, implementing features based on design specifications and product requirements.
- Collaborate on shared components and design systems that work seamlessly across both mobile and web platforms, gaining exposure to React and web development practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Work closely with senior engineers, designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver end-to-end features and solutions.
- Identify, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve your skills and contribute to team learning.
- Contribute to or support web-based features and components, gaining valuable experience in web technologies and full-stack development.
- Write and maintain unit tests and participate in integration testing to ensure code reliability and quality.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of professional experience in software development, with solid experience in React Native for mobile application development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript.
- Good understanding of React Native fundamentals and mobile development concepts.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to web-based projects alongside mobile development.
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform-specific considerations for iOS and Android.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and expanding your skill set beyond mobile development.
- You must have the right to work for the country you are based.
